I Wouldn't Call Myself Your Average Teenage Girl

Alright. This is my first post, so I better say something interesting. Maybe I should tell you about myself, sense I know how much everyone likes hearing about other people. *sarcasm* Well, my name is Valorie, but you probably could have figured that out by viewing the site a little more, if you haven't already. I wouldn't call myself your average teenage girl, just because I'm not real big on becoming someone I'm not to fit in. So, no, you won't be reading those stories told in all those Disney movies, if that's what you were expecting. However, I do like music, shopping, basketball, & basically anything fun. But you could probably take a poll of teens and they'd say they liked something close to those things. Maybe not basketball in particular, but who doesn't love sports? I know, there are 6 billion people on this planet, there have to be at least a million that don't like sports. But that still leaves a whole.... 5.9 billion to love them! My math might be off a little, but hey, who said I had to be right all the time?

So far, I haven't told you much, if anything I've confused you. I said I wasn't a normal teen, then I started listing everything about me that's true for most. What kind of a writer am I!?! Well, here's how I'm unnormal compared to most other people I've met:

1. I make up words like "unnormal"
2. I don't LOVE hip - hop or rap
3. I don't like to double space my sentences
4. I'm not a makeup wearer
5. I like redneck jokes and I will probably do any entire post of them

Well, that's all I feel like coming up with. Again, sense this is my first post, I should probably tell you about my reason for writing this blog (other than that I'm overly talkative and I love to type).

I made this blog because there are some girls in my grade who made their own website, and it seems cool, but I'm not a real close friend of their's so I didn't want to get too involved with their site, so I made my own. My goal for this blog is just to have some viewers, you know, some people that check like every week to see if I've written something new. I know my writing isn't that terrific, but it's a good goal anyway.

Now, if you aren't sleeping... (like you would do what I say anyhow)... if I haven't already put you to sleep... I'm gonna write some more posts. Please stay tuned in. I'll also be putting up pictures and coming up with a better poll that goes better with this particular post. I'm new to this, so I might even do something extra cool!
